This handsome George IV table was made in Ireland around 1825. Hand carved from rich mahogany, the circular tabletop is sculpted with a plain frieze and festive gadroons. It rests upon an elegant column, equally and elaborately carved in botanical motifs, and concludes at a tripod base with scrolled fauna paw feet.
