Produced in Almeria, Spain in 1600, this very rare and petite “pocket cup” is a true treasure. Organic, thick-walled and somewhat slumped in shape, the delicate emerald green glass is mould blown and elegantly emblazoned with the words “Ave Marya”, which was characteristic of glass produced by the Maria kilns in the province of Almeria, Spain during this period.
