Wirework Lamp

This mid-century Wirework Lamp is composed of aged patinated brass, appearing almost straw-like and brittle in appearance. Enameled metal squares – akin to jewels or semi-precious stones – intermittently cascade down its brassy surface. Made around 1960 in France, the lamp appears both raw and organic, while simultaneously displaying vernacular attributes. The unique antique pendant diffuses warm light in a dazzling and entrancing manner.
