Art Deco Wardrobe

This stunning Art Deco linen wardrobe was most likely made in the United States around 1930. Composed of solid wood and birdseye maple veneer, it exhibits a beautiful grained patterning. The cabinet’s exquisite details are remarkable; the center doors feature original brass escutcheon plates, the side doors are punctuated by large, solid wood ball handles and the entire piece rests on two-toned scrolled feet, evocative of animal paws. The interior of the wardrobe includes full-length mirrors as well as adjustable shelves and drawers for storing linens or clothing.
