Comb Study 3

Zoé Mohm is a Paris based jeweler who works by combining her knowledge in textile craft, woodwork and jewelry to create intricate and storied textures throughout her work. Her Comb Study series is an exercise in subtle, delicate interventions on everyday, historical found objects. She found the antique animal horn combs at a flea market in Paris, which she then deftly adorned with coral, jade and sterling silver floral decorative motifs.
