Marionetta III

Cameranesi-Sgroi's enameled copper vessel was handmade in Venice. Entitled Marionetta III, the work references the imperfection of assemblage, and draws visually from such diverse sources as vampires, Dracula, the Wizard of Oz's "Tin Man" as well as gothic 1980s French beauty advertising, like Serge Lutens ads for Shiseido. These boxes are perfect for storing things precious and delicate like jewelry, or even cotton balls, matches and cigarettes.
