Arraiolos rug

This beautiful Arraiolos rug is composed of embroidered wool and features a rich, colorful tapestry of lively flowers and vegetation. The intricate landscape border, with its deep black background, is unusual, and features floral stems that are playfully tossed within its center. Isa Toledo has crafted an embroidered label on the bottom, “T.F”, which in reference to “thanks to J.M”, Wallace Stegner’s acknowledgment in his novel Angle of Repose.
